โมเดลกล่องเวชระเบียนสัตว์ป่วยอเนกประสงค์ | MED n TOOLS’S Box Model

Abstract

การเก็บรักษาเวชระเบียนสัตว์ป่วย โดยการติดไว้หน้ากรงสัตว์อาจทำให้เวชระเบียนสัตว์ป่วยเกิดการเสียหายได้ คณะผู้วิจัยจึงออกแบบโมเดลอุปกรณ์เพื่อช่วยจัดเก็บเวชระเบียนสัตว์ป่วยที่มีชื่อว่า โมเดลกล่องเวชระเบียนสัตว์ป่วยอเนกประสงค์ (MED n TOOLS’S Box) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น โดยคำนึงถึงคุณสมบัติของประเภทวัสดุที่ใช้และความสะดวกในการใช้งาน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย การสำรวจความคิดเห็นบุคคลที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องในสายงานโรงพยาบาลสัตว์ การออกแบบและประดิษฐ์โมเดลกล่องเพื่อจัดเก็บเวชระเบียนสัตว์ป่วย และการทดลองใช้งานจริงในโรงพยาบาลสัตว์ 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ โรงพยาบาลสัตว์ Vet 4 โรงพยาบาลสัตว์รามอินทรารวมแพทย์ และโรงพยาบาลสัตว์โอะไดจินิ ผลการสำรวจความคิดเห็นหลังจากการใช้งาน พบว่าโมเดลกล่องเวชระเบียนสัตว์ป่วยอเนกประสงค์ (MED n TOOLS’S Box) สามารถลดปัญหาการเรียกใช้งานเวชระเบียนสัตว์ป่วย การจัดเก็บยารักษาโรคและช่วยลดปัญหาพื้นที่จัดวางเวชระเบียนสัตว์ป่วย แต่สิ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุงคือความแข็งแรงทนทานเนื่องจากตัวอุปกรณ์ควรใช้วัสดุประเภทอะคริลิค ซึ่งเพราะมีความแข็งแรงทนทานมากกว่าวัสดุประเภทกระดาษลูกฟูก รวมทั้งขนาดของโมเดลกล่องควรมีความเหมาะสมกับขนาดของกรง นอกจากนี้ จากผลการสำรวจพบว่า โรงพยาบาลสัตว์ทั้ง 3 แห่ง มีความประสงค์นำโมเดลกล่องเวชระเบียนสัตว์ป่วยอเนกประสงค์ (MED n TOOLS’S Box) ไปใช้

Keeping the history of patient's document by placing them in front of the animal cage may cause this document to be damaged. Therefore, our research team designed the equipment called MED n TOOLS’S Box that can storage the document with the higher efficiency by considering the properties of the materials used and the ease of use. This research consists of surveys of people involved in the animal hospital line. Design and fabrication of equipment for storing the history of patient's document and trial experiments in animal hospitals where are Vet 4 animal hospital, Ramintraruampat animal hospital and Odaijini pet hospital. The results of the survey after use found that the MED n TOOLS’S Box device can reduce the problem of running history documents, help to manage storage of pill for sick animal, and help to reduce the problem of placing document history. But what needs to be improved is strength and durability of the MED n TOOLS’S Box because the equipment was made from corrugated paper, which should be used as acrylic instead because it is more durable. Moreover, the size of MED n TOOLS’S Box should be appropriate to the size of the cage. In addition, these 3 animal hospitals have a desire to use the MED n TOOLS’S Box that is actually developed.
