ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษากับโครงการศิลปวัฒนธรรม ของสถาบันวัฒนธรรมและศิลปะ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ The Factors Effecting Participation of Student with Art and Cultural Project of Institute of Culture and Arts of Srinakharinwirot University

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมโครงการด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมของสถาบันวัฒนธรรมและศิลปะมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จำนวน 230 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสมการโครงสร้างผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมกับโครงการด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมของสถาบันวัฒนธรรมและศิลปะได้แก่ด้านแรงจูงใจด้านการสื่อสารและด้านบรรยากาศภายในองค์การโดยมีค่าอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมเท่ากับ .71,. 64 และ.58ตามลำดับและสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนการมีส่วนร่วมกับโครงการด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมของสถาบันวัฒนธรรมและศิลปะร่วมกันได้ร้อยละ 61อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01

The purposes of this research was to study the causal relationship of factors affecting  participation on art and culture projects of the Institute of Arts and Culture of Srinakharinwirot University. The sample group was 230 student of srinakharinwirot university, selected by using cluster sampling.A questionnaire was used as an instrument in this study. Statistical methods used for data analysis were descriptive statistics and structural equations analysis. Results revealed that the factors that affect participation of student with art and culture project of institute of culture and arts wereMotivation, Communication and Organization Climate.The influences were 0.71, 0.64 and 0.58 respectively and all variables could jointly explain 61% ofvariance of participation in art and cultural project at the significance 0.01 level.
