การศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษา ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี |Problems and Obtacles of Organizing Student Activities at Phetchaburi Rajabhat University

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the state of student activity at Phetchaburi Rajabhat University 2) to study problems and obstacles in student activities of Phetchaburi Rajabhat University. The target group consisted of teachers, staffs, and students who were executive directors from the university, faculties, student administrative board, student council, student unions of faculty, and clubs. They also included advisors of student administrative board, student council, student union of faculty, club, programs and staffs involved in student affairs. The target group was 223 people. The data collection tools were a questionnaire that researcher created. The questionnaire was a checklist and a rating scale using the Likert method.  

 The research result found that :

1. The teachers’ opinions on the state of student activity model at Phetchaburi Rajabhat University found that the overall opinion was a high level. When considering each item, it was found that the most practical aspect was the activity advisor.  The second was the management structure and the item with the lowest was student activity budget.


2. 2. The opinions of teachers and students on the problems and obstacles of student activity at Phetchaburi Rajabhat University found that the overall was a median level. When considering each item, it was found that the most problematic aspect and barriers were the activity advisor and the second was the type of activity.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มี 1.เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี 2.เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้แก่ คณาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่  และนักศึกษาที่เป็นกรรมการบริหารตั้งแต่ระดับมหาวิทยาลัย คณะ องค์การบริหารนักศึกษา สภานักศึกษา สโมสรนักศึกษา ชมรม รวมทั้งอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาองค์การบริหารนักศึกษา สภานักศึกษา สโมสรนักศึกษา ชมรม สาขาวิชา และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องการกิจการนักศึกษา จำนวน 223 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ  ใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น (Questionnaire) ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นจำนวน 1 ฉบับและแบบสอบถามที่มีลักษณะเป็นแบบสอบถามรายการ (Check List) และแบบประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) โดยใช้วิธีของลิเคอร์ท (Likert) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. อาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการกิจกรรมนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี โดยรวมพบว่า มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อาจารย์และนักศึกษาเห็นว่า ด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติสูงสุด คือ  อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษากิจกรรม รองลงมาคือ ลักษณะโครงสร้างการบริหารงาน  และด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติที่ต่ำที่สุด  งบประมาณด้านกิจกรรมนักศึกษา


2. อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาและอุปสรรคการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรีโดยรวม  พบว่า  มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อาจารย์และนักศึกษาเห็นว่าด้านที่เป็นปัญหาและอุปสรรคสูงสุด คือ  อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษากิจกรรม  และรองลงมา คือ ประเภทของกิจกรรม
