Abstract

   การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ1)เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาระบบจัดเก็บเอกสารงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกาญจนบุรี  2)เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบและความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบจัดเก็บเอกสารงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกาญจนบุรี พัฒนาขึ้นด้วย ภาษา HTML, PHP และใช้โปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล MySQL เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการหาประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจของระบบ ใช้แบบสอบถามตามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ หาประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ จำนวน 3 ท่านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดได้ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.67 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.25และหาค่าความพึงพอใจของระบบโดยผู้ใช้งานระบบ จำนวน 10 ท่านอยู่ในระดับมากได้ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.88 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.12ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระบบมีความเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกาญจนบุรี สามารถเก็บเอกสารนำไปใช้เป็นหลักฐานในงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาได้ทุกระดับ2)ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบและความพึงพอใจภาพรวมของระบบมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากกว่าเกณฑ์ค่าเฉลี่ยการยอมรับจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศและผู้ใช้งานระบบ จึงสรุปได้ว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพและตอบสนองความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบ สามารถใช้งานได้จริง

   The purpose of this study were to 1) study and develop the Documentation System for Quality Assurance ofKanchanaburiRajabhat University 2) evaluate system performance and user satisfactionof the Documentation System for Quality Assurance ofKanchanaburiRajabhat University, developed with HTML, PHP and MySQL database.Tools used to find the system performance and satisfaction using5-level of rating scale questionnairesthe efficiency of the system was assessed by 3 developmentexpertthe average score was 4.67 and the standard deviation was 0.25, satisfaction of 10 usersthe average score was 3.88 and standard deviation was 0.12, research findings were as follows: 1) Thesystem was suitable for use in KanchanaburiRajabhat University. Documentation can be used as evidence in quality assurance education at all levels. 2)The system performance and overall system satisfaction scores were significantly higher than the mean of acceptance by development expert and users. It is concluded that the developed system is effective and satisfy the user satisfaction. It could be used practically
