ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ความรู้และทัศนคติกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน ด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า จังหวัดเพชรบุรี| The Relationship among Knowledge, Perception and Attitude on Quality Assurance Participation of Nursing Student, Prachomklao college of nursing, Phetchaburi Province.

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ และทัศนคติกับการมีส่วนร่วมกับการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลวิทยาลัยพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า จังหวัดเพชรบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง นักศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต จำนวน 169 คน โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควต้าของนักศึกษาแต่ละชั้นปี จากนั้นทำการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบทดสอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา แบบสอบถามทัศนคติ แบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลในการดำเนินงานด้านประกันคุณภาพมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของครอนบาค (Conbrach’s alpha coefficient) เท่ากับ.91 และ.90 ตามลำดับและนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson‘ s  Correlation Coefficient)                        

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า นักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ร้อยละ68.5      มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 4.07, S.D. = 0.71) และมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาในระดับมาก (  = 3.88, SD = 0.72) ความรู้ด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า จังหวัดเพชรบุรี มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบ(r=-0.042) กับทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P = 0.141) ความรู้ด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก (r=0.271)กับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ  (P = 0.246) ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก (r=0.151)  กับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P = 0.05)และความรู้และทัศนคติไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยฯ(P =0.261) ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้จะสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมคุณภาพการการดำเนินงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนักศึกษา

This research aimed to study about the relationship among knowledge, attitude and participation in operating educational quality assurance of the nursing student in Prachomklao college of nursing, Phetchaburi Province. The specific samples included 169 nursing students in academic year 2015. The tools of data collection consisted of knowledge, attitude and participation in operating educational quality assurance questionnaires, which the reliability level of Conbrach’s alpha coefficient were 0.91 and 0.90, respectively. The data was analyzed by using Pearson‘ s Correlation Coefficient.

The results of the study were as follows:The nursing student in Prachomklao college of nursing, Phetchaburi Province were in a moderate level of knowledge in education quality assurance; the percentage was 68.5.The nursing student in Prachomklao college of nursing, Phetchaburi Province were in a high level of attitude towards educational quality assurance ( = 4.07 and S.D. = 0.71). The nursing student in Prachomklao college of nursing, Phetchaburi Province were in a high level of participation in operating educational quality assurance ( = 3.88 and S.D.= 0.72)The knowledge assurance and attitude in educational quality of the nursing student were related negative(r=-0.042), not significantly at level 0.05 (P-value = 0.141).The knowledge and the participation in operating educational quality assurance of the nursing student were related positive (r = 0.271), not significantly at level 0.05 (P-value = 0.246).The attitude and the participation in operating educational quality assurance of the nursing student were positive (r = 0.151), significantly at level 0.05  (P-value = 0.05).The knowledge and attitude had no relations to participation in operating educational quality assurance (P-value = 0.261) of Prachomklao college of nursing. According to the individual variable, it was found that the score results of the knowledge and attitudes were not significantly at level 0.05   (P-value = 0.204 and
P-Value = 0.274, respectively). The results of this study will be able to use as guidance in developing and supporting the quality of educational quality assurance in the college about the student indicators by using PDCA Cycle for constant development.
