การศึกษาสภาพการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยี ราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ |A Study of Quality Assurance in Internal Education Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi

Abstract

      This research has a purpose to study the status of an internal quality assurance and to compare the staffs’s aspect toward the application of a quality administrative system in an internal quality assurance. The result from this study shall be applied as a guideline for the effective development and improvement of an internal educational quality assurance in Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi. The sampling group of this study is the staffs locating at Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi through the collective questionnaire to be distributed in every operating offices and areas. The questionnaire is used as a tool to collect data distributed to all units and all areas of operation then analyze the data with the program whereas the statistic for the analysis is consisted of frequency; percentage; mean; standard deviation; t-test and one-way ANOVA.

The result reveals that

1. The staffs of Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi have bachelor degree level with 5-10 years of working experience and most of the work status are an university officer. 


2. The staffs of Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumireceive the cooperation from the colleague in terms of the educational quality assurance regularly. They used to be trained in the educational quality assurance from the university and most of them have an educational quality assurance knowledge transferred from the Office of Educational Quality.

       3. The staffs have thepositive aspect toward the an internal quality assurance of Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi in high level. Considering on each side namely the administrative and management; the staffs participation and the internal inspection and audition, the average point is at high level for each side which is in accordance with the scheduled hypothesis. This might be caused by the university’s  explicit policy of the educational quality assurance  and the realization of the importance of the educational quality assurance among the staffs together with their duty and responsibilities.

      การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรเกี่ยวกับการนำระบบบริหารคุณภาพมาใช้ในการประกันคุณภาพ ทั้งนี้ ผลที่ได้จากการศึกษาวิจัยจะใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาปรับปรุงและแก้ไขระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพต่อไป กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บุคลากรผู้ปฏิบัติงานในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ  จำนวน 68คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการแจกให้กระจายไปตามทุกหน่วยงานและทุกพื้นที่การปฏิบัติงาน แล้ววิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency)  ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation)  การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิมีวุฒิการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอยู่ในช่วง 5-10 ปี  สถานภาพการปฏิบัติงานในมหาวิทยาลัยส่วนใหญ่เป็นพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย


2. บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิได้รับความร่วมมือจากผู้ร่วมงานในเรื่องการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาสม่ำเสมอ เคยได้รับการฝึกอบรมการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัย และส่วนใหญ่เคยได้รับการถ่ายทอดความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาจากสำนักคุณภาพการศึกษ


3.   บุคลากรมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการประกันคุณภาพภายในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากร และด้านการตรวจสอบและประเมินคุณภาพภายใน มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ระดับมากทั้งสามด้าน ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ตั้งไว้  ทั้งนี้อาจจะเป็นผลจากการที่มหาวิทยาลัยมีนโยบายด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ชัดเจน และบุคลากรทุกคนมีความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาและเข้าใจถึงตัวบ่งชี้ที่แต่ละบุคคลจะต้องทำและร่วมกันรับผิดชอบ
