การประเมินโครงการยกระดับคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้สู่ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนอิงฐานนวัตกรรมผ่านแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ The Project Evaluation on Raising the Quality of Learning Management to Learning Achievement based on Innovation through Professional Learning Community

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการประเมินโครงการตามรูปแบบ CIPP มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมิน 1) กระบวนการ และ 2) ผลผลิต ของโครงการยกระดับคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้สู่ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนอิงฐานนวัตกรรมผ่านแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ โรงเรียนราชินีบูรณะ จังหวัดนครปฐม ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการประเมินโครงการตามรูปแบบการประเมินเชิงระบบ ตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ คณะครู จำนวน 145 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลด้านกระบวนการและด้านผลผลิต จำนวน 110 และ 35 คน ตามลำดับ ในปีการศึกษา 2562 ของโรงเรียนราชินีบูรณะ จังหวัดนครปฐม และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบทดสอบ และแบบบันทึก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้; 1) ด้านกระบวนการ พบว่าการดำเนินงานตามโครงการเป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนดและมีประสิทธิภาพทั้งในด้านการวางแผน การปฏิบัติ การตรวจสอบ และการปรับปรุงการดำเนินงาน และ 2) ด้านผลผลิต พบว่าเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการที่กำหนด นั่นคือ หลังเข้าร่วมโครงการคณะครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการสร้างนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโครงการ มีกระบวนการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม และเกิดนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่สามารถพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับสูง คิดเป็นจำนวนร้อยละ 65.71

This research was a part of the project evaluation based on the CIPP model and purpose of this research were to evaluate 1) process and 2) product of raising the quality of learning management to learning achievement based on innovation through professional learning community project of Rachineeburana School, the path of systemically project evaluation. The samples were 145-teachers, classified as 110 and 35 informants of process and product respectively in academic year 2019 of Rachineeburana School and 3-experts. Research tools comprised of questionnaires,

achievement test, and data recording form. Data analysis applied were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

  The result of this research showed that; 1) process: it was found that accordance with the defined and effective operational plan in terms of planning, operation, inspection and operational improvement and 2) product; it was found that accordance by objectives of the specified project, after participating in the project the understanding about creating innovative learning management through professional learning community was higher than before, the process of instructional innovation development through the professional learning community of the participating teachers was an excellent level and the instructional innovations created through professional learning community can develop most students’ achievement at the high level were equal to 65.71%.
