การตรวจสอบโครงสร้างเชิงลำดับชั้นของพฤติกรรมการทำงานเชิงนวัตกรรม: หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์จากพนักงานอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของพฤติกรรมการทำงานเชิงนวัตกรรม ในบริบทของพนักงานอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบยืนยันลำดับที่สองเป็นแนวทางในการทดสอบโมเดลการวัด เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากพนักงานในบริษัทผลิตรถยนต์แห่งหนึ่งในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) ประเทศไทย จำนวน 250 คน ใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนของพนักงานในแต่ละตำแหน่ง ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผู้วิจัยดำเนินการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันลำดับที่หนึ่ง เพื่อตรวจสอบความตรงขององค์ประกอบย่อย และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันลำดับที่สอง เพื่อทดสอบโครงสร้างเชิงลำดับชั้นของตัวแปร
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการทำงานเชิงนวัตกรรมมีโครงสร้างแบบลำดับที่สอง ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบที่มีความเชื่อมโยงกัน ได้แก่ การสร้างสรรค์แนวคิดใหม่ การส่งเสริมแนวคิด และการนำแนวคิดไปใช้ ผลการประเมินความสอดคล้องของโมเดลลำดับที่สอง พบว่าโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่า χ²/df = 1.940, CFI = 0.964, TLI = 0.953, RMSEA = 0.061, RMR = 0.022 โดยองค์ประกอบย่อยมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบลำดับที่สองอยู่ในระดับสูง (0.842–0.911) ผลการวิจัยบ่งชี้ว่าพฤติกรรมการทำงานเชิงนวัตกรรมมีลักษณะเป็นโครงสร้างหลายองค์ประกอบ และมีความเหมาะสมในการใช้ประเมินพฤติกรรมการทำงานเชิงนวัตกรรมในบริบทของอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตที่มีขั้นตอนการทำงานเป็นมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการประเมินและพัฒนาพฤติกรรมการทำงานเชิงนวัตกรรมของพนักงานในองค์กรอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต โดยเฉพาะในบริบทที่เน้นการนำแนวคิดไปใช้จริงและการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
