การพัฒนาพฤติกรรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมด้วยวิธีการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาการศึกษา| The Development of Moral and Ethical Behavior Based on Cooperative Learning of Grade 4 Students, Kasetsart University Laboratory School Kampaeng Saen Campus Educational Research and Development Center

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 2) พัฒนาพฤติกรรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมด้วยวิธีการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 และ 3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนหลังได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาการงานอาชีพ แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับนักเรียน แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับผู้สอน และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองต่อพฤติกรรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4  จำนวน 160 คน ปีการศึกษา 2565 และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 114 คน สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติค่าที

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับพฤติกรรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 หลังได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือในวิชาการงานอาชีพ ทั้งนักเรียนและผู้สอนเป็น          ผู้ประเมิน ทั้ง 8 ด้าน คือ ด้านรักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ ด้านความซื่อสัตย์ ด้านความมีวินัย ด้านใฝ่เรียนรู้ ด้านอยู่อย่างพอเพียง ด้านมุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน ด้านมีจิตสาธารณะ และด้านรักความเป็นไทย อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ผลการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมทั้ง 8 ด้าน ด้วยวิธีการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 หลังได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือในวิชาการงานอาชีพ ทั้งนักเรียนและผู้สอนเป็นผู้ประเมินหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน ในทุกด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 3) ผู้ปกครองมีความคิดเห็นต่อพฤติกรรมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนหลังได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือในวิชาการงานอาชีพในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก

This research objectives were 1) to study levels of moral and ethical behaviors of Grade 4 students, 2) to develop the moral and ethical behaviors of those Grade 4 students using learning management by a Cooperative Learning Management Plan, and 3) to study opinions of those students’ parents with the moral and ethical behaviors of those Grade 4 students after learning management by a Cooperative Learning Management Plan. Research instruments were a Cooperative Learning Management Plan of Home Economics, a moral and ethical behavior assessment form for students, a moral and ethical behavior assessment form for teachers, and a questionnaire about the Parents' opinions on student moral and ethical behaviors. The study sample consisted of 160 Grade 4 students in the academic year 2022 and parents of 114 students. The statistic data were analyzed in frequency, percentage, average mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The research results were as follows:

1) The over all moral and ethical behaviors of Grade 4 students after learning management by a Cooperative Learning Management Plan of the Home Economics evaluated by both the students and the teacher were average at the highest level. The eight moral and ethical behaviors aspects including adherence to the nation – religions - monarchy, honesty, discipline, studious, the livelihood of self-sufficiency, commitment to work, public mind, and love of Thainess. 2) The levels of the eight moral and ethical behaviors aspects of the Grade 4 students by a Cooperative Learning Management Plan were significantly (p<.05) higher than before the learning management. 3) As for the opinions of those students’ parents on ethical behaviors, the overall opinion was at a high level.
