ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเข้าศึกษาในระดับชั้นปริญญาตรีของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ ศรีราชา มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตศรีราชา Factors Affecting Undergraduate Admission to the Faculty of Science at Sriracha, Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเข้าศึกษาคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ ศรีราชา มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตศรีราชา ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นข้อมูลปฐมภูมิที่ได้จากการเก็บแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่างซึ่งได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในอำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 300 คน และทำการวิเคราะห์ด้วยแบบจำลองโลจิต (Logit Model)

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเข้าศึกษาในคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ ศรีราชา ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.10 ได้แก่ เพศ คะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสมชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ประเภทโรงเรียน ระดับความสำเร็จในด้านการเรียน
ผู้ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกเข้าศึกษา ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ ศรีราชา ในด้านภาพลักษณ์ ด้านหลักสูตร/จำนวนสาขาวิชา และ ด้านค่าใช้จ่ายในการเรียน ในขณะที่ ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ศรีราชา ในด้านสถานที่ ทำเล/ที่ตั้ง และด้านส่งเสริมการศึกษาและข้อมูลการศึกษาไม่สามารถอธิบายการตัดสินใจเข้าเข้าศึกษาในคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ ศรีราชาได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

The aim of this research was to study factors affecting undergraduate admission to the Faculty of Science at Sriracha, Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus. The primary data using questionnaire was collected from 300 Mathayom 6 Students in Amphoe Sriracha, Changwat Chon Buri and analyzed by Logit Model.

The results showed that factors affecting undergraduate admission to the faculty of Science at Sriracha at a statistical significance level of 0.10 were gender, Mathayom 6 GPAX, type of school, achievement in study, influential persons for undergraduate admission and the opinions on the faculty of Science at Sriracha in perspectives of faculty image, educational programs, numbers of majors and the tuition costs. However, the opinions on the faculty of Science at Sriracha in perspectives of site location and promotion/information of education courses could not significantly explain the students’ decision on admission to the Faculty of Science at Sriracha.
