การเสริมสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน บนฐานบัญชีครัวเรือนเพื่อท้องถิ่น Community Learning Process by Participation in Doing Household Accounting

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบูรณาการการเรียนรู้การวิจัย และบริการวิชาการสาขาการบัญชี คณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ มีขอบเขตการวิจัยด้านประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือจำนวนประชากรที่อยู่ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเป๊าะ อำเภอบึงบูรพ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษจำนวน 20 ครัวเรือนของหมู่บ้านหมากยางเหนืออำเภอบึงบูรพ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ผู้วิจัยพิจารณาเห็นว่าชุมชนให้ความร่วมมือในการอบรมการจัดทำบัญชีครัวเรือนเป็นอย่างดี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจในการร่วมกิจกรรมการให้บริการ สถิติที่ใช้คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ สถิติค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (x̄) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1)นักศึกษาที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาหลักการบัญชีขั้นต้นมีผลการเรียนผ่านเกณฑ์ ร้อยละ 65 และมีทักษะด้านการทำบัญชีครัวเรือนเพิ่มขึ้นอยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ย 2.65 (2) โดยภาพรวมของบ้านหมากยางเหนือ ตำบลเป๊าะ อำเภอบึงบูรพ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษมีความพึงพอใจในการจัดกิจกรรมบริการวิชาการ ซึ่งมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.50 (x̄=4.50,S.D.=0.65) (3) การมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเป๊าะ อำเภอบึงบูรพ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษร่วมสร้างแผนการปฏิบัติงานด้านการบริการวิชาการ สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ (4) ผลการบูรณาการการเรียนรู้การวิจัย และบริการวิชาการ พบว่ามีกระบวนการถ่ายทอดสู่การเรียนรู้ในลักษณะของการขับเคลื่อนเกิดการเรียนรู้เชิงสหวิทยาการทางพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ เพื่อรองรับการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาสู่กระบวนการเรียนรู้ใหม่เป็นการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนผ่านชุมชน

This research aims to integrate learning, researching and academic services of Accounting Program, Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting at Sisaket Rajabhat University. The scope of research about populations and samples used in this research was the number of populations who were living in the area of Por Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bueng Bun District, Sisaket Province total 20 households in Mark Yang Nuae Village, Bueng Bun District, Sisaket Province. The researcher concluded that the community has co-operate well in household accounting training. The research tool was evaluation form of satisfaction in participating service activities. The descriptive statistics used in this study were Arithmetic Mean Statistics (x̄) and Standard Deviation (S.D.).

The research results indicated that (1) The students who registered in an introduction to accounting course had passed the education criterion totally 65% and had increased skills of household accounting in good level with the score mean of 2.65. (2) The overall survey results of Mark Yang Nuae Village, Bueng Bun District, Sisaket Province showed satisfaction in setting up academic service activities at a very high level with the mean value of 4.50 (x̄=4.50, S.D.=0.65). (3) Participation between Por Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bueng Bun District, Sisaket Province had created operation plan of academic service and cooperative network with government agencies. (4) The results of integrating learning, researching and academic service has been found that there were transmitting process of knowledge in term of interdisciplinary learning which is consistent with the obligations of Sisaket Rajabhat University to support learning and development through to the new learning process as well as promoting learning management through community.
