ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการออมของพนักงานในอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์ นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอีสเทิร์น ซีบอร์ด จังหวัดระยอง Factors Affecting Saving Behavior of Employees in Automotive Industry at Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Changwat Rayong

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อสัดส่วนการออมของพนักงานในอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์ นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอีสเทิร์นซีบอร์ด จังหวัดระยอง มีระยะเวลาศึกษาระหว่าง เดือนตุลาคม ถึง ธันวาคม 2556 โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลปฐมภูมิจากแบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน นำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยแบบจำลองโลจิต ผลการศึกษาพบว่าพนักงานส่วนใหญ่มาจากภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีระดับรายได้อยู่ในระดับขั้นต่ำถึงปานกลาง มีค่าใช้จ่ายจำเป็นในการเช่าที่อยู่อาศัยและเลือกบริโภคอาหาร เครื่องนุ่งห่ม การรักษาโรคอย่างประหยัด และส่วนมากไม่มีเงินออม จากผลการศึกษาแบบจำลองโลจิต พบว่าตัวแปรด้านอายุ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน โรคประจำตัว สัดส่วนค่าใช้จ่ายที่ต้องการใช้ต่อเดือน กรรมสิทธิ์ในที่อยู่อาศัย สถานที่ที่ซื้ออาหารบริโภคเป็นประจำ ลักษณะการเลือกซื้อเสื้อผ้า และปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สามารถอธิบายโอกาสในการออมที่มากกว่าร้อยละ 20 ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.10

The objective of this study is to examine the factors affecting saving of employees in automotive industry at Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Changwat Rayong. The primary data from 400 samples were obtained during October-December2013.  Statistics for data analysis were done using logit model. The study revealed that most of samples who came from south-east region and had income per month in low and middle levels. They carefully spent money on housing rents, consumption foods, clothes and medicines with not much saving. The logit model analyzed the overall factors indicating that age, average income per month, sick, percentage of spending (want), ownership of residential property, places to buy food, selected cloth style and marketing factors could explain the probabilities of employees saving above 20% at a statistical significance level of 0.10.
