Abstract

บทความนี้นำเสนอเกี่ยวกับวิถีปฏิบัติของผู้บริหารสถาบันอุดมศึกษาตามแนวทางของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ซึ่งมีประเด็นสำคัญเริ่มตั้งแต่ความหมาย วิถีปฏิบัติของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมที่ผู้บริหารในการแสดงบทบาทตามแนวทางของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง นอกจากนี้ยังศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เพื่อชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของวิถีปฏิบัติของผู้บริหาร ตามแนวทางภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง และยังมีข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเพื่อสร้างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้กับผู้บริหารทุกระดับ

This article presented the styles of administrator in higher education according to transformational leadership in terms of meanings, transformational leadership styles, and leadership behaviors. Moreover, this study focused on the relationship between transformational leaderships and the effectiveness of higher education institutions. The recommendation was also presented to administrators in higher education for developing transformational leaderships for all levels in organization.
