Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ทำให้วิสาหกิจชุมชน: กรณีศึกษา กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนข้าวฮางงอกบ้านโคกสว่าง จังหวัดสกลนคร ประสบความสำเร็จและเพื่อเป็นแบบ อย่างในการดำเนินงานให้กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนอื่นๆ สามารถศึกษาต่อยอดและประยุกต์ให้สอดคล้องกับกลุ่มตนเอง ซึ่งปัจจัยที่ทำให้วิสาหกิจชุมชนข้าวฮางงอกบ้านโคกสว่าง ประสบความสำเร็จจะประกอบไปด้วย ปัจจัยด้านการผลิต ปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการ ปัจจัยด้านการตลาด ปัจจัยด้านผู้นำ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลสำหรับการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือการใช้แบบการ สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกโดยสัมภาษณ์สมาชิกกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนข้าวฮางงอกบ้านโคกสว่างจังหวัดสกลนคร แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์จากการศึกษาข้อมูลดังกล่าว ผู้วิจัยทำให้ทราบถึงปัจจัยที่จะทำให้วิสาหกิจชุมชนข้าวฮางงอก บ้านโคกสว่าง จังหวัดสกลนคร ประสบความสำเร็จจากมากที่สุดจนไปถึงน้อยที่สุดได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านมีส่วนร่วม ปัจจัยที่สองคือปัจจัยด้านการผลิต ปัจจัยที่สามด้านผู้นำ ปัจจัยที่สี่ด้านการตลาด และปัจจัยที่ห้าคือ ด้านการจัดการ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้ทราบถึงสิ่งที่สมาชิกต้องการที่จะพัฒนาต่อวิสาหกิจชุมชนของตนเอง และนำผลที่ได้จากการศึกษามาสร้างเป็นโมเดล เพื่อให้กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนอื่นๆ ศึกษาต่อไป

This research aims to study factors contributing to the success of the community enterprise: A case study of the community enterprise of germinating organic brown rice, Ban Khok Sawang, Sakon Nakhon, another objective is to be a sample for other state enterprise as initial model, which makes germinating organic brown rice community enterprise success. Ban Khok Sawang were successful consists of these factors: production, participation, management, marketing and leader. The tools used to collect the data for this study is to use the in-depth interviews by interviewing group members at community enterprise of germinating organic brown rice, Ban Khok Sawang, Sakon Nakhon and bring the data analysis. Data from the study the factors that affect the success form the most to the least relevant factors of the community enterprise of germinating organic brown rice, Ban Khok Sawang, Sakon Nakhon the first factor is participation. The second factor is the production. The third factor is leader. The fourth factor is marketing. And the fifth factor is management repectively. It is also aware of what members need to develop enterprises in their community and bring the results of the study to create a mode l for other community enterprise group to study and apply to their own place.
