The development Planning of Khao Tao Handicraft Center In Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, Thailand is a qualitative research. The research objectives were 1) To promote and publicize a product of Khao Tao community shall be significantly enhanced. 2) To support and conservation of woven cotton fabric, which is very unique. 3) To support about a community to make income. Data collected frome 13 member of Khao Tao Handicraff Center as a sample of this research. The research findings were as follows: A Khao Tao Handicraft Center is the royal Initiative project, which is founded for make an extra incomes to community. Publicize the community by social media. To inherit and conserving a processes of cotton fabric weaving with the loom, and improve style and wale to be able to well-timed in order to customer can wearing in daily life, making more money and approach of planning and development have to establish a learning center to be conserve and inheritance.
