Abstract
This academic article aims to study generating income from the operations of the Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, Mahidol University consists of general subsidies and other government grants, income as donation of money and property or benefits from established funds, lending, fees, dues, compensation, penalties and service charges, utilization of research findings for benefit Including the use of state properties grants for research and academic services. The development of income in the area of education / research / survey services should be worked in project type because this section could be expanded the market. There are not only pay more attention to generating more income from all parts, but also solve problems and action in generating income from academic services that are steady decreased from an increasing number of competitors. The faculty should manage fiscal strategies to revenue from research, investment, asset management, rent, building maintenance are more effectively. Moreover, The faculty should do more advertising, marketing public relations with digital marketing strategies and development positive image of the Faculty. As a result, it will increase more income from donations. Moreover, The faculty can make a best price by focusing on fixed assets dealing that will generate income as well. Staff development and making motivation are important for generating income that will be sustainable benefit for all stakeholders in the future.
