การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสาระการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชน The Development of Local Learning Curriculum for Community Development

Abstract

กระแสโลกาภิวัตน์ส่งผลให้เกิดความเจริญด้านการสื่อสาร โทรคมนาคม และเทคโนโลยีต่างๆ จนเรียกได้ว่าเป็นโลกไร้พรมแดน ซึ่งประเทศไทยได้รับอิทธิพลดังกล่าว การจัดการศึกษาในปัจจุบันจึงจำเป็นต้องมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อให้การพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีความรู้ ความสามารถในการปรับตัวเข้ากับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในปัจจุบันได้ การจัดการศึกษาในปัจจุบันมีหลักสูตรหลักเป็นฐาน แต่ด้วยหลักสูตรหลักยังมีข้อบกพร่องบางประการ จึงมีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่มีการสอดแทรกความรู้เกี่ยวกับสาระการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นขึ้น เพื่อพัฒนาให้ผู้เรียนมีคุณภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

หลักสูตรสาระการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่น เป็นการพัฒนาหลักสูตรขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ในบริบทท้องถิ่นของตน 2) เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนทราบถึงจุดเด่น จุดด้อย โอกาส อุปสรรคของท้องถิ่น โดยสามารถนำไปปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันให้อยู่ในชุมชนได้อย่างมีความสุข และ 3) เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนเกิดจิตสำนึกรักในท้องถิ่นของตน จากวัตถุประสงค์ที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น อาจจะกล่าวได้ว่า การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสาระการเรียนรู้ท้องถิ่นเป็นการพัฒนาชุมชนไปพร้อมกัน

Globalization has affected the development of communications and technologies transforming into the borderless world, and Thailand has also been influenced by this phenomenon.  As a result, the educational management in Thailand has to change to focus on student development to be knowledgeable and well adjusted to the rapid changes.  At the present, the core curriculum has been applied to manage the education system in Thailand.  However, there remains some defects which brings to an idea of development the local learning curriculum to deepen the quality of students.

The purposes of the development of local learning curriculum are: 1) to encourage students to understand their local contexts 2) to encourage students to realize to strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the local communities which they can learn and adapt to their lifestyle and well-being and 3) to encourage students to have consciousness of communual loyalty.  From the above mentioned purposes, this study shows that the development of local learning curriculum can be used to develop the local communities
