อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำ และวัฒนธรรมการรวมกลุ่มตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืนของสมาชิกกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสินค้าหัตถกรรม ในเขตภาคกลาง Influences of Leadership and Sufficiency Economy Philosophy Culture on Sustainable Success of Community Enterprises of Handicraft Products in Central Region

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปของภาวะผู้นำ วัฒนธรรมการรวมกลุ่ม ความผูกมัด และความสำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืนของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสินค้าหัตถกรรมในเขตภาคกลาง และ 2) อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำ วัฒนธรรมการรวมกลุ่ม และความผูกมัดที่มีต่อความสำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืนของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสินค้าหัตถกรรมในเขตภาคกลาง ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยตามแนวทางการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากสมาชิกกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ผลิตสินค้าหัตถกรรมในเขตพื้นที่ภาคกลาง จำนวน 430 ราย ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เส้นทางร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบขั้นตอนเพื่อทดสอบอิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำ วัฒนธรรมการรวมกลุ่ม และความผูกมัดที่มีต่อความสำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืนของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสินค้าหัตถกรรมในเขตภาคกลาง

ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า วัฒนธรรมการรวมกลุ่มตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลทางตรงผลต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสินค้าหัตถกรรมในเขตภาคกลาง ส่วนภาวะผู้นำมีผลทางอ้อมผ่านวัฒนธรรมการรวมกลุ่มตามแนวพระราชดำริเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงทั้งนี้ความผูกมัดต่อกลุ่มของสมาชิกกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนฯ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนสินค้าหัตถกรรมในเขตภาคกลางแต่อย่างใด

This study aimed to 1) determine the importance of leadership, culture including the sufficiency economy philosophy, commitment and achievement of sustainable community enterprise related to handicraft products in the Central Region and 2) the influence of leadership, cultural integration and commitment to sustainable success of the community enterprise of handicraft products in the Central Region. The methodology of the research-based approach in this study is quantitative analysis. Data were collected from questionnaires which were used to observe members of handicrafts community enterprises in the Central Region of 430 cases. The analysis used stepwise regression analysis to test the influence of leadership culture including the sufficiency economy philosophy and commitment to the sustainable success of the group members of handicrafts community enterprises in Central Region

The study found that cultural integration based on the sufficiency economy directly affects the success of the group members of handicrafts community enterprises in Central Region. The leadership has an indirect effect through culture including the sufficiency economy philosophy. Meanwhile, the commitment to a group of members of handicrafts community enterprises has no relationship, both directly and indirectly to the success of the community enterprise handicrafts in Central Region.
