Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการด้านการผลิต ได้แก่ การใช้เครื่องจักร การวิจัยและพัฒนา การผลิตจำนวนมาก บุคลากรชำนาญเฉพาะทาง และ ระบบมาตรฐานการผลิต ที่ส่งผลต่อ การบริหารจัดการด้านการผลิต ได้แก่ ต้นทุนต่ำ คุณภาพสูง และเวลาที่ลดลง ของกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอบึงโขงหลง จังหวัดบึงกาฬ 2) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการด้านการผลิตของกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน ที่ส่งผลต่อผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน ในเขตอำเภอบึงโขงหลง จังหวัดบึงกาฬ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ กลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน จำนวน 128 กลุ่ม ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การผลิตจำนวนมาก มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกต่อ การบริหารจัดการด้านการผลิต ทั้ง 3 ด้าน การวิจัยและพัฒนา มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกต่อ การบริหารจัดการด้านการผลิต ด้าน คุณภาพสูง และเวลาที่ลดลง สุดท้าย ระบบมาตรฐานการผลิต มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกต่อ เวลาที่ลดลง การบริหารจัดการด้านการผลิต ทั้ง 3 ด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกต่อ ผลการดำเนินงาน

The purposes of this study were to 1) investigate the factors involving production management in terms of machinery, research and development, mass production, personnel specialization, and production standard system, that affect the production management including low cost, high quality, and reduced time of community product groups in Bueng Khong Long district, Bueng Karn province, and 2) to explore the effects of production management by community product groups on their performance. Thesamples were 128 community product groups in Bueng Khong Long district. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using statistical tools including frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson\'s co-relation, and multiple regression analysis. The results were that mass production had a positive relationship with the three aspects of production management; research and development had a positive relationship with production management in terms of high quality and reduced time; production standard system had a positive relationship with reduced time; and finally, the three aspects of production management had a positive relationship with performance.
