The Influence of Transformational Leadership and Working Environment on Employee’s Job Efficiency of an Automotive Company

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee’s job efficiency. 2) to analyze the influence of working environment on employee’s overall job efficiency. Data were collected from 297 samples. The statistics used included percentage, mean and multiple regression analysis.
Findings reveal that 1) transformational leadership (idealized influence and intellectual stimulation) has a positive influence on employee’s job efficiency with a statistical significance level at 0.05 and 2) working environment (Physical and Co-worker relation) has a positive influence on employee’s overall job efficiency with a statistical significance level at 0.05.
