การส่งเสริมอาชีพท้องถิ่นจังหวัดเพชรบุรีผ่านกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม การแทงหยวกของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเพชรบุรี Promoting the Local Profession in Phetchaburi on the Art of Tang Yuak Training of Phetchaburi Vocational College

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการถ่ายทอดอาชีพช่างแทงหยวกจังหวัดเพชรบุรี  2) พัฒนาชุดกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมการแทงหยวกของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเพชรบุรี และ 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมการแทงหยวกของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเพชรบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านงานแทงหยวกจังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำนวน 3 คน และนักเรียนระดับชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ แผนกวิชาวิจิตรศิลป์ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเพชรบุรี จำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ในการศึกษาสภาพการประกอบอาชีพช่างแทงหยวกและความต้องการจำเป็นในการส่งเสริมอาชีพช่างแทงหยวกจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ชุดกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมการแทงหยวกของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเพชรบุรี แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องการแทงหยวกจังหวัดเพชรบุรี (Pretest - Posttest) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการแทงหยวก แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อชุดกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมแทงหยวกของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเพชรบุรี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์หาค่าประสิทธิภาพของชุดกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม โดยใช้สูตรหาค่า E1 และ E2 จากการวิจัยพบว่า ศิลปะการแทงหยวกจังหวัดเพชรบุรี  เริ่มจะหมดไปตามความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางด้านสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ จำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องส่งเสริมการสืบสานช่างศิลป์ไทยให้เป็นระบบ โดยจัดทำเอกสารออกเผยแพร่เป็นตำรา ชุดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมเยาวชนให้เกิดการสืบทอดช่างฝีมือในระดับต่างๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง จากการประเมินค่าความเหมาะสมของชุดกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมการแทงหยวกของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเพชรบุรีของผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 คน พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมเท่ากับ 4.68  มีค่าประสิทธิภาพ 89.58/91.84 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 ผลการเปรียบเทียบความรู้ ความเข้าใจในอาชีพช่างแทงหยวกในการทดสอบหลังเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมได้ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 89.60 ซึ่งสูงกว่าก่อนเข้ารับการฝึกอบรม  ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 80.64 ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อชุดกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมการแทงหยวกของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเพชรบุรีมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄) = 4.50

The purposes of this research are to study the conditions and the problems in implementing Tang Yuak in Phetchaburi, to develop a set of Tang Yuak training activities of Phetchaburi Vocational College, and to evaluate the effectiveness of their use. The three steps involved in this research were studying the problems of the Tang Yuak profession from local experts, documents, text books and related research, studying the development a set of training activities and the evaluation of a set of Tang Yuak training activities at Phetchaburi Vocational College. The samples in this study was included Tang Yuak experts and students studying in the Fine Arts Department of a vocational education certificate course at Phetchaburi Vocational College and consisted of twenty five people. The research instruments included an interview regarding the problems and the needs in the Tang Yuak profession, a handbook on a set of Tang Yuak training activities, a knowledge and understanding test (Pretest–Posttest), skills assessment, and satisfaction questionnaires. The statistics used were mean, standard deviation, Item– Objective Congruence Index and an efficiency analysis of training activities. The results of this research found the following : Tang Yuak art in Phetchaburi Province is no longer  popular nowadays, because of changes in social, economic and industrial prosperity. Therefore, people should support and preserve Thai art heritage by making textbooks and manuals for youth training activities. A set of Tang Yuak training activities at Phetchaburi Vocational College was developed and had an efficiency score at 89.58/91.84, higher than the standard criteria of 80/80. An evaluation of the effectiveness of using the Art of  Tang Yuak Training that the comparison of cognitive understanding in the Art of Tang Yuak after using the training were higher than before. The score of posttest was 89.60. The score of pretest was 80.64. The result of satisfaction evaluation regarding the Tang Yuak training activities of Phetchaburi Vocational College revealed at that it was high level, with on average of 4.50. This research concluded that the Tang Yuak training activities of Phetchaburi Vocational College, which had been developed by the researcher had efficiency and was recommended for training students.
