          งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาสนับสนุนงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาในระดับคณะ และ 2) เพื่อสังเคราะห์ขอบเขตความต้องการของระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาในระดับคณะ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ที่รับผิดชอบงานด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับคณะ ของมหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิต เลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์มีโครงสร้าง (Structured Interview)และการจัดประชุมกลุ่มย่อย (Focus Group) โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis)  ควบคู่กับการใช้วิธีการนำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปแบบเชิงบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่าอาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาต้องการให้มีการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาประยุกต์ใช้กับงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา เนื่องจากจะช่วยให้การทำงานง่ายขึ้น ประหยัดเวลา ทรัพยากร และลดการทำงานที่ซ้ำซ้อน โดยครอบคลุ่มกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้ดูและระบบ กลุ่มผู้บริหาร กลุ่มผู้รับผิดชอบตัวบ่งชี้ และกลุ่มผู้ตรวจประเมิน ทั้งนี้คณะผู้วิจัยได้สังเคราะห์ข้อมูลดังกล่าวเพื่อให้มีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของหน่วยงานและผู้ใช้บริการ และนำเสนอเป็นแผนภาพแสดงการทำงาน (Use Case Diagram) ของการนำระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาในระดับคณะมาประยุกต์ใช้งานโดยผู้รับผิดชอบงานด้านประกันคุณภาพต้องการระบบการจัดเก็บหลักฐานที่จัดเก็บไฟล์ได้หลายประเภท แยกตามองค์ประกอบ และตัวชี้วัด สามารถเปรียบเทียบคะแนนประเมินตามช่วงเวลาในแต่รอบปีประเมินได้ผลงานวิจัยที่ได้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางสำหรับการพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพในระดับคณะและมหาวิทยาลัยได้

       The purpose of this research was aimed 1) to examine the need for information technology to support the education quality assurance at the faculty level, and 2) to synthesize the scope of needs for information technology system on education quality assurance at the faculty level. This is a qualitative research. The samples included a total of fifteen faculty members and staffs at the Faculty of Science and Technology Suan Dusit University with Purposive sampling, who concerned of education quality assurance at the faculty level. The instruments used included the Structured Interview and focus group. Content analysis was conducted. The presentation was in a descriptive format. The results showed that the faculty members and staffs concerning of education quality assurance required the information technology to apply to quality assurance in education because it could make works easier, time-saving, resource-saving, and reduced redundancy. The information technology application should cover groups of users; including ADMIN, Management, KPIs reviewers, and auditors.  In this study, the research team synthesized data to ensure a consistency with the needs of agencies and users, and presented in the “Use Case Diagram” for information technology applied to the education quality assurance at the faculty,The person responsible for quality assurance required database system that stores many types of files. By comparison, the assessment scores can be compared over time in the year round, The results are expected to be used as the guideline for the development of information technology for quality assurance in education at the faculty and university level.
