Factors Affecting the Happiness in Work of Personnel in the Office of Kamphaeng Saen Campus Kasetsart University

This research has the purposes to: 1) study the happiness level in working of personnel under Kamphaeng Saen Campus Office; 2) study the factorial level affecting happiness in working of personnel under Kamphaeng Saen Campus Office; and 3) study the factors affecting happiness in working of personnel, under Kamphaeng Saen Campus Office. The sample is 291 personnels under Kamphaeng Saen Campus Office, selected from a simple sampling. The data is collected by a questionnaire. The statistics in data analysis are frequencies, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation co-efficient, and stepwise regression analysis.
The research results were found that 1) the personnels under Kamphaeng Saen Campus Office have happiness in working at the high level, when considering in details – the first three ranks are the high spirituality, good will, and good family; 2) the factorial level affecting happiness in working of personnel under Kamphaeng Saen Campus Office is at high level, when considering in details – the first three ranks are keeping equilibrium in working and personal life, job description, and the progress of career; and 3) the factors affecting happiness in working of personnel under Kamphaeng Saen Campus Office have four factors: job description, environment in the workplace, equilibrium in working and personal life, and communication of personnel in organization. They were capable to explain 85.80 percent, multi correlation co-efficient (R) equal to .926 of the variance of happiness in work of personnel in the office of Kamphaeng Saen Campus Kasetsart University.
