กลยุทธ์การสอนของหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ The Strategy of the course Teaching of Public Administration According National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์กลยุทธ์การสอน ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ  และเพื่อศึกษาการนำกลยุทธ์ไปใช้สอนในหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ กลยุทธ์การสอนตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ (มคอ 2) แบบสอบถาม ประชากรเป้าหมายคือ อาจารย์ผู้สอนสาขาวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม-ชัยนาท มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเทพสตรี และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 50 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิจัยเอกสาร และสถิติพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)ผลการสังเคราะห์กลยุทธ์การสอน ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ หลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ พบว่า ด้านความรู้ มีกลยุทธ์ทั้งหมด 8 กลยุทธ์ ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม มี 5 กลยุทธ์ ด้านมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความระหว่างและความรับผิดชอบ มี 6 กลยุทธ์ ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลขการสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มี 5 กลยุทธ์ และด้านทักษะปัญญา มี 3 กลยุทธ์ 2) กลยุทธ์การสอนของอาจารย์ผู้สอนนักศึกษาสาขาวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ จะเน้นด้านทักษะด้านปัญญา มีระดับการใช้มากที่สุด (  S.D. 0.97)รองลงมาคือกลยุทธ์การสอนด้านการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลขการสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีระดับการใช้มาก ( S.D. 0.67) ส่วนกลยุทธ์การสอนด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม มีระดับการใช้มาก (  S.D. 0.68) และน้อยที่สุดคือด้านมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ มีการใช้ระดับปานกลาง (  S.D. 0.79)

This research aimed to study were to Synthetic teaching strategies National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education and to Study of the To use in teaching Public Administration National Qualifications Framework for Higher EducationResearch tools include a teaching strategy based on the standard of National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (Makho.2) query the target population is the public administration discipline instructor, Chandrakasem Rajabhat University-Chainat. Deity Raja hat University, Ayutthaya Rajabhat University and women. The Sample 50 persons, data analysis, descriptive statistics and documents by research.

Research findings were as follows: 1) Synthesis of teaching strategiesNational Qualifications Framework for Higher Education The knowledge strategy all 8 strategy, morality is 5 strategy, human relations between individuals and between and responsibility. There are 6 strategy, numerical analysis skills, communication and information technology, there are 5 Tactics and skills are 3 strategy wisdom. 2) Strategies for teaching students in public administration focuses on the cognitive level of most use. (  S.D. 0.97) The teaching strategies of the numerical analysis of communication and information technology, with many uses. ( S.D. 0.67) The teaching strategies of morality has many uses (  S.D. 0.68) And the least is the human relations between individuals and the responsibility with the use of medium. (  S.D. 0.79)
