Abstract

This research aims to develop Academic Management of Learning Outcomes Assessment in Educational administration, Department of Teacher Education, Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus including format evaluation. Participants in research by purposive selection including 5 experts in model development and administrators, professors, students and graduates Educational Administration in department of teacher education Kasetsart university Kamphaeng Saen campus, academic year 2023, 3rd year (41 people, who are studying the curriculum for producing teachers in Thailand). The instrument used in this research were 1) an interview form to develop the model 2) an evaluation form. The results of the research resulted in a academic management of learning outcomes assessment is OIPOME (IPOME). It was consisting of 1) Outcome base learning, 2) Identify Outcome base learning, 3) Process , 4) Outcome result , 5) Methodology and 6) Evaluation. Moreover evaluating the model was found that useful Feasibility, appropriateness, and correctness are covered average at  a highest level.
