บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา นำร่องในพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา นำร่องในพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มงานพิเศษที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้และหัวหน้างานพิเศษที่ได้รับมอบหมาย จากสถานศึกษานำร่องในพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา จำนวน 132 คน ใช้แบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษานำร่องในพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาในภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า การมีวิสัยทัศน์การเปลี่ยนแปลง การคิดสร้างสรรค์ การทำงานเป็นทีมและมีส่วนร่วม การสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งองค์การนวัตกรรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนการบริหารความเสี่ยง มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก

2) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษานำร่องในพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตาม ประสบการณ์ทำงานและกลุ่มงานพิเศษที่ได้รับมอบหมายของครู มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 ในด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์การเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งองค์การนวัตกรรม และด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยง ในขณะที่ปัจจัยด้านวุฒิการศึกษา กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ และขนาดสถานศึกษา ไม่มีความแตกต่าง
