Abstract

This research aimed to study the satisfaction of personnel in educational institutions regarding the quality of teaching practice performed by pre-service teachers in Internship 4 subject, Faculty of Education at the National Sports University, Samut Sakhon Campus. The study focused on six areas: 1) subject-specific knowledge, 2) teaching process management, 3) teamwork,
4) work discipline, 5) responsibility towards assigned duties, and 6) personality. The population includes 80 of administrators and mentor teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisted of check list, rating scale, open-ended question. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research findings revealed that overall satisfaction of personnel in educational institutions regarding the quality of teaching practice performed by pre-service teachers in Internship 4 subject, Faculty of Education at the National Sports University, Samut Sakhon Campus was at the highest level (µ = 4.57, σ = 0.42). When classified by individual areas, it was found that satisfaction in terms of responsibility towards assigned duties (µ = 4.71, σ = 0.44), work discipline (µ = 4.70, σ = 0.48), teamwork (µ = 4.68, σ = 0.47), and personality (µ = 4.65, σ = 0.45) were all at the highest level. The areas of teaching process management (µ = 4.38, σ = 0.48) and subject-specific knowledge (µ = 4.28, σ = 0.50) were rated at a high level.
