The Relationship between Administrators’ Technological Leadership and Teachers’ Digital Era Skills in Small Schools under the Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the technological leadership of administrators in small schools, 2) study the digital-age teacher skills in small schools, and 3) study the relationship between the technological leadership of administrators and the digital-age teacher skills in small schools. The population of this study consisted of 506 school directors and teachers. The sample was selected by using the Krejcie and Morgan table and simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a content validity index ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability of 0.95. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics mean and standard deviation. The relationship was analyzed by calculating Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results revealed that
1) The level of technological leadership of administrators in small schools was at a high level,
2) The digital-age teacher skills in small schools were at a high level, and 3) The relationship between the technological leadership of administrators and the digital-age teacher skills in small schools was positive at a moderate level with statistical significance at the .001 level. The highest relationship is the promotion of technology use in learning activity management and collaborative skills.
