ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารและ ทักษะครูยุคดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 2

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา ขนาดเล็ก 2) ศึกษาทักษะครูยุคดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก และ 3) ศึกษาระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหาร และทักษะครูยุคดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก โดยมีประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 506 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา และครู จำนวน 250 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างโดย การเปิดตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ด้วยวิธีการจับสลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง
0.67 – 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ทักษะครูยุคดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารและทักษะครูยุคดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวก อยู่ในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 คู่ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยี ในการจัดการกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้กับทักษะการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น
