Abstract

          The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of innovative leadership of school administrators in the education sandbox, and 2) to compare the level of innovative leadership of school administrators in the education sandbox based on teachers' opinions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kanchanaburi, classified by teacher’ educational qualifications, work experience, subject groups, special assignments, and school size. The sample were 132 teachers holding the position as head of subjects learning area and head of special task assignments in the education sandbox of Kanchanaburi secondary educational service. The research instrument was the 5-level scale questionnaires. The reliability was 0.97. The statistical methods used were arithmetic mean (x ̅), standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, and one-way ANOVA
The research finding were as follows.
1) The overall assessment of opinions on the innovative leadership of school administrators in the education sandbox was found to be at a highest level. When considering each aspect,a vision for change, creativity, teamwork and participation, and creating an innovative organizational climate were found to be at a high level.
2) The innovative leadership of school administrators in the education sandbox, according to the opinions of teachers, classified by work experience and the special tasks assignments of teachers, showed a statistically significant difference at the .05 level in the aspects of having a vision for change, creating an innovative organizational climate, and risk management. While factors such as educational qualifications, learning areas, and school size did not significantly.
