Digital Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Teachers’ Digital Skills in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi

The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the level of digital leadership of school administrators, (2) to study the level of teachers’ digital skills, (3) to examine the relationship between digital leadership and the promotion of teachers’ digital skills, and (4) to investigate the aspects of digital leadership affecting teachers’ digital skills.
This study employed a survey research design. The sample consisted of 322 teachers working in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi in the academic year 2025. The sample size was determined sampling table and selected using a multi-stage random sampling method. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research results:
- The overall level of digital leadership of school administrators was found to be high level.
- The overall level of teachers’ digital skills was also found to be high level.
- There was a high positive correlation between digital leadership of school administrators and teachers’ digital skills which was statistically significant at the .01 level.
- The three dimensions of digital leadership of school administrators — creating a digital organizational culture, having a digital vision, and digital communicating — can significantly predict teachers’ digital skills by 64.5% in secondary schools at the .01 level of statistical significance.
