บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (2) ระดับทักษะดิจิทัลของครู (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลกับการส่งเสริมทักษะดิจิทัลของครู (4) ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะดิจิทัลของครู สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี เป็นวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 322 คน โดยการเลือกสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ โดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
ทักษะดิจิทัลของครู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลกับทักษะดิจิทัลของครู มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับ

มาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรดิจิทัล ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล และด้านการสื่อสารดิจิทัล สามารถทำนายทักษะดิจิทัลของครู ร้อยละ 64.5 ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
