บุพปัจจัยของความสำเร็จของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในประเทศไทย Antecedents of success of Agricultural Cooperatives in Thailand

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องบุพปัจจัยของความสำเร็จของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในประเทศไทยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับของภาวะผู้นำ วัฒนธรรมองค์การ ความผูกมัด ซึ่งเป็นบุพปัจจัยของความสำเร็จของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในประเทศไทย รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำ วัฒนธรรมองค์การ และความผูกมัดที่มีต่อความสำเร็จของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในประเทศไทย

แนวทางในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับประชากรเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้จัดการสหกรณ์การเกษตรในประเทศไทย ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้สุ่มเลือกมาเป็นตัวแทนด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน โดยมีจำนวนตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 362 ราย จากนั้นจึงนำแบบสอบถามที่ได้มาตรวจสอบ และทำการบันทึกลงคอมพิวเตอร์ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการใช้สถิติตัวแปรเดียวเพื่ออธิบายสภาพทั่วไปของข้อมูล และการใช้สถิติหลายตัวแปร เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 วัฒนธรรมองค์การ และภาวะผู้นำของผู้จัดการสหกรณ์ มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความสำเร็จของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในประเทศไทย ในขณะที่ความผูกมัดไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จของสหกรณ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

The research on antecedents of success of Agricultural Cooperatives in Thailand aimed to examine level of leadership, organizational culture, and commitment which were antecedents of success for Agricultural Cooperatives in Thailand.  Moreover, the paper also analyzed the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and commitment which affected the success of Agricultural Cooperatives in Thailand.

Furthermore, this was a quantitative study and the data was collected by questionnaires for the target population.  The samples of this research consisted of 362 managers of Agricultural Cooperatives in Thailand who were selected by using multi-stage sampling.  Then the questionnaires were inspected to record the data into a computer.  A statistical package was applied to univariate data analysis to explain general conditions of data.  Besides, multivariate analysis was conducted for hypothesis test as well.

The results indicated that, at 0.05 statistical significance level, the organizational culture and leadership of the managers of Agricultural Cooperatives in Thailand had a direct influence on the success of Agricultural Cooperatives in. However, the commitment did not have influence on the success of Agricultural Cooperatives.
