Abstract

     การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ระดับหลักสูตร มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี 2) สนับสนุนการบันทึกและจัดเก็บข้อมูลในระบบสารสนเทศ  กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้แก่ หลักสูตรมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2558 และคณะกรรมการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน ระดับหลักสูตร ปีการศึกษา 2558 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจในการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศสถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการ ออกแบบการเรียนการสอน ADDIE Model ตามแนวคิดของ ครูส (Kruse, 2008: 1) ร่วมกับกรอบการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)ได้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ระดับหลักสูตร 2)ประธานหลักสูตรหรืออาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรมีความพึงพอใจการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.37 3) ผู้ตรวจประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในมีความพึงพอใจการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก  มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.37

       The purpose of this research were  1) for studying develop an information management system for quality assurance in education program level in Phetchaburi Rajabhat University 2)To support recording and storage in information system. Target groups include all of program study at Phetchaburi  Rajabhat University Academic Year 2558 and Internal Quality Assessment Committee in program study level for the academic year 2558. The tool used to collection data were the Information system. Statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation by applying the process. The ADDIE Model based on the Kruse concept (2008: 1) in collaboration with the Research and Development Framework.the research result found  that :1) To develop of information management system for quality assurance in education of program level in Phetchaburi Rajabhat University 2) The Program  satisfied with the use of information management system for quality assurance in education at the high level. X = 4.37  3)The internal quality assurance reviewers were satisfied with the use of the information management system for quality assurance in education at the high level. . X = 4.37
