The Journal of Management Sciences, Kasetsart University has entered its second year, Volume 1. This issue continues to publish scholarly contributions in the field of Business Administration, comprising both research articles and academic articles. All manuscripts have undergone a rigorous editorial screening process in terms of academic quality and publication ethics. Furthermore, each article has been reviewed by three reviewers in relevant disciplines to ensure high academic standards and to enhance the value of the journal for its readership.
