The purposes of this research were to: 1) examine the level of learning happiness of undergraduate students, and the level of factors affecting the learning happiness of undergraduate students, and 2) analyze the factors influencing the learning happiness of undergraduate students at Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus. The population of the study consisted of 10,731 undergraduate students (Years 1–4) enrolled at Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus, in the 2025 academic year. A multistage random sampling technique was used to select 402 students. The research instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product–moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis to predict learning happiness.
The results revealed that: 1) the level of students’ learning happiness was high; 2) the levels of all factors affecting students’ learning happiness were high; and 3) the factors influencing students learning happiness—namely, the teaching and learning atmosphere, social support from peers, instructors knowledge and competence, good health status, instructors characteristics, and lesson attractiveness—could jointly predict students’ learning happiness, accounting for 84.5% of the variance. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) was 0.919, which was statistically significant at the .01 level. The predictive equations in raw score and standardized score forms are as follows:
Ŷ = 0.173 + 0.161X6 + 0.314X10 + 0.312X8 + 0.120X1 + 0.127X9+ 0.112X5
Zy = 0.187Zx6 + 0.363Zx10 + 0.139Zx8 + 0.140Zx1 + 0.138Zx9+ 0.125Zx5
