This issue marks the inaugural publication of the Journal of Management Sciences, Kasetsart University. The journal welcomes manuscript submissions in the field of Business Administration from faculty members, researchers, students, and the general public. Accepted contributions include research articles, academic articles, and book reviews, written in either Thai or English. The primary objective of launching this journal is to promote and enhance the quality of academic publications in management sciences and to further develop the journal in accordance with recognized academic standards, with the long-term goal of being indexed in the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI).
For the content of this inaugural issue, the Editorial Board has carefully selected manuscripts that have undergone rigorous peer review by experts in relevant disciplines. Academic merit and scholarly contribution were key criteria in the selection process to ensure compliance with the standards of an academic journal. This issue comprises six research articles, as follows: 1) Tourism Carrying Capacity in Ban Mai Rut Communities Base Tourism, Khlong Yai District, Trat Province, 2) Vehicle Routing Improvement to Support The Green Logistics Concept: Case Study ABC, 3) Study and Improve Voucher Outbound Process: Case Study XYZ Company Limited, 4) Errors and Causes in English Spelling Writing of Thai University Students, 5) The Impact of Person-organization Fit and Perceived Organizational Support on Work Engagement of University Staff and 6) The Effects of Supervisor’s Leadership Styles on Subordinate’s Job Satisfaction and Work Performance: A Case Study of a Consumer Product Company in the Saha Group Industrial Park, Chon Buri
