This second issue of the Journal of Management Sciences, Kasetsart University continues to present a diverse range of articles in the field of Business Administration contributed by faculty members, researchers, students, and interested scholars. The published works include research articles, academic articles, and book reviews. All manuscripts have undergone rigorous screening by the Editorial Board in terms of both academic content and publication ethics, as well as a thorough evaluation by three experts in relevant disciplines, in order to ensure high academic standards and maximum benefit to readers.
          Regarding the content of this issue, the Editorial Board has selected high-quality manuscripts for publication. This issue comprises five research articles,as follows: 1) The Relationship between Perceived Workload and Job Burnout of the Ground Service staff at Suvarnabhumi Airport, 2) The Influence of Transformational Leadership and Working Environment on Employee’s Job Efficiency of an Automotive Company, 3) The study of brand equity influences the purchase intention Disney+ Hotstar of Gen Z consumers in Bangkok, 4) The Impact of Sustainability Disclosure on Performance of the Listed Companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and 5) Analysis of Operating Income for Sustainable Fiscal Management of Faculty of Environment and Resource Science Mahidol University, and one academic article is The Role of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
