ความต้องการของนิสิตและผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดบริการด้านต่างๆ ที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ในมหาวิทยาลัย|The Students' and Parents' Services Requirement towards Facility Services Management thatsupport the Learning Development in University

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของนิสิตและผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับการจัดบริการด้านต่างๆที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ในมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสนจำนวน 5 ด้านคือด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ด้านกายภาพที่ส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของนิสิตด้านการแนะแนวและการให้คำปรึกษาการบริการแหล่งข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่นิสิตและการจัดโครงการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพนิสิต ประชากรได้แก่นิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 จำนวน 3,293 คนและผู้ปกครองนิสิต 1,728 คน
ผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและใช้เทคนิคการเลือกตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามสะดวก (Convenience Sampling) สำหรับสถิติที่นำมาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการศึกษาพบว่านิสิตและผู้ปกครองมีความต้องการเกี่ยวกับการจัดบริการด้านต่างๆที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ในมหาวิทยาลัยโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านและเรียงลำดับพบว่านิสิตมีความต้องการการจัดโครงการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพนิสิตมากที่สุด (4.11, S.D. = 0.70)รองลงมาคือการบริการแหล่งข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่นิสิต (4.09, S.D. = 0.79)ส่วนการบริการด้านการแนะแนวและการให้คำปรึกษามีความต้องการน้อยที่สุด (4.05, S.D. = 0.72)ส่วนผู้ปกครองมีความต้องการการบริการด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ (4.15, S.D. = 0.83)และการบริการด้านกายภาพที่ส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของนิสิตมากที่สุด (4.15, S.D. = 0.96)รองลงมาคือการบริการแหล่งข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่นิสิต(4.13, S.D. = 0.90)ส่วนการจัดโครงการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพนิสิตมีความต้องการน้อยที่สุด (4.08, S.D. = 0.89)ซึ่งจะเห็นได้ว่าทั้งนิสิตและผู้ปกครองมีความต้องการเกี่ยวกับการจัดบริการด้านต่างๆ ที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ในมหาวิทยาลัยในระดับมากทุกด้าน

The objective of this research was to study about the students’ and parents’ service requirement towards facility services management that support the learning development in Kasetsart University, KamphaengSaen Campus. This research consisted of 5 aspects of study which were: 1) the facilities that support the development of learning, 2) the physical facilities to support the students’ quality of life, 3) the guidance and counseling services, 4) the useful information services to students and 5) the project that supporting the potential of students’ development.

The sampling group, there were totally 3,293 students who were the 1^st year students and studying in Kasetsart University, KamphaengSaen campus, and 1,728 parents. The data collection and its instruments were questionnaires. This research sample was from convenience samplingtechniques. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results found that the overall of the students and parents services requirement towards management of facility services to support the learning development in university had been shown at the high level. The result showed that the highest requirements of student was the project in supporting the potential of students’ development (4.11, S.D. = 0.70), the second, It was the useful information services to students (4.09, S.D. = 0.79) and the third, the guidance and counseling services (4.05, S.D. = 0.72), respectively. The result showed that the highest parents’ requirements were; the facilities that support the development of learning (4.15, S.D. = 0.83) and the physical facilities that support the students’ quality of life at the high level (4.15, S.D. = 0.96). Secondly, the useful information services to students (4.13, S.D. = 0.90) and lastly, the least of parents’ requirement towards management of facility services was the project that support the potential of students’ development (4.08, S.D. = 0.89), respectively.

In conclusion, the study indicated that the study of five aspects of students and parents’ services requirement towards management of facility services that support learning development in university were at the high level.
