ความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของนิสิต ในฟาร์มนิสิตสาขาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา The Satisfaction with the Management of Environment Conducive to Learning in the Farm for Students in Agricultural and Environment Education Program

Abstract

การจัดองค์ประกอบสภาพแวดล้อมในสถานศึกษาที่ดีส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้ของนิสิตให้พัฒนาตนไปสู่เป้าหมายที่สถานศึกษาตั้งเป้าหมายไว้ได้ การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของนิสิตภายในฟาร์มนิสิตสาขาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นิสิตสาขาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมชั้นปีที่ 1 – 4 จำนวน 158 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพแวดล้อม 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านภูมิทัศน์ 2) ด้านอาคารสถานที่ 3) ด้านความปลอดภัย 4) ด้านการเรียนการสอน และ 5) ด้านปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน                              

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของนิสิตภายในฟาร์มนิสิตสาขาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก  เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (  = 4.32, SD = 1.67) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการเรียนการสอน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (   = 4.25, SD = 1.04) ด้านภูมิทัศน์ ด้านอาคารและสถานที่ และ ด้านความปลอดภัย อยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 4.16, 3.91, และ 3.86, SD = 0.81, 0.68, และ 0.09 ตามลำดับ) ทั้งนี้ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้และปรับปรุงให้ตรงกับความต้องการของนิสิตต่อไป

Good management of the educational environment conduces to students’ learning and enables them to develop themselves towards the goals set by the educational institution. The objective of this survey research was to investigate the level of satisfaction with the management of the environment conducive to learning in the farm among Agricultural and Environmental Education students. The sample was selected using stratified random sampling to include 158 undergraduate students in the Agricultural and Environmental Education program. The instruments used were questionnaires on five environmental aspects including 1) landscape 2) buildings 3) safety 4) learning and instructions and 5) interpersonal interaction. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics comprising percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The result revealed that the students’ overall satisfaction with environmental management was at a high level. When considering each aspect, the satisfaction with interpersonal interaction was at the highest level (  = 4.32, SD = 1.67), followed by learning and instructions at the highest level (   = 4.25, SD = 1.04), and landscape, buildings, and safety at the high level (  = 4.16, 3.91, and 3.86; SD = 0.81, 0.68, and 0.09, respectively). The findings of this research can be used as a guideline for setting up an environment that is conducive to learning as well as improving it to meet the needs of the students.
