ความต้องการศึกษาต่อหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการเรียนรู้ (วิชาเอกปฐมวัยศึกษา และวิชาเอกดนตรีศึกษา) คณะศึกษาศาสตร์และพัฒนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน Demand to Study Bachelor of Education Program in Learning Management (Major Early Childhood Education and Musical Education) Faculty of Education and Development Sciences, Kasetsart University Kamphaengsaen Campus

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของนักเรียนในการศึกษาต่อหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการเรียนรู้ (วิชาเอกปฐมวัยศึกษาและวิชาเอกดนตรีศึกษา) ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์และพัฒนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster Sampling) จากประชากร จำนวน 5,979 คน จำแนกได้เป็นสองกลุ่ม ดังนี้ 1) นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 543 คน และผู้ใช้บัณฑิต จำนวน 137 คน รวม 680 คน ด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า นักเรียนมีความต้องการศึกษาต่อหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชา         การจัดการเรียนรู้ (วิชาเอกปฐมวัยศึกษา และวิชาเอกดนตรีศึกษา) อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยต้องการศึกษาวิชาเอกปฐมวัยศึกษา อยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 64.09 และต้องการศึกษาต่อวิชาเอกดนตรีศึกษา อยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 56.72 สำหรับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการศึกษา

ต่อมากที่สุด ได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อมของคณะฯ/มหาวิทยาลัย เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ สงบ ร่มรื่น และสวยงาม        ความพร้อมทางด้านเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการสื่อสารและเพื่อการศึกษา ความทันสมัยของเนื้อหาหลักสูตรและสัดส่วนการได้งานทำสูง ความสะดวกด้านที่พักและระยะทางจากภูมิลำเนา การถ่ายทอดและการให้คำปรึกษา          ด้านการเรียนจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และการสนับสนุนทุนการศึกษา นอกจากนี้ยังมีข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตร    มากที่สุดในเรื่องอยากให้หลักสูตรมีการเพิ่มเนื้อหาที่มีความทันสมัยมากขึ้น มีความหลากหลายมากขึ้น และเรียนแบบ Open mind เข้าใจง่าย ส่วนผู้ใช้บัณฑิตคิดว่าหน่วยงานต้องการใช้ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาด้านปฐมวัยศึกษาและด้านดนตรีศึกษา ภายใน 5 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 70.71 และร้อยละ 77.37 ตามลำดับ และผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาด้านปฐมวัยศึกษาและด้านดนตรีศึกษา จะเป็นที่ต้องการของผู้ใช้บัณฑิต เพราะยังขาดแคลนครูสอนด้านดังกล่าว (ไม่มีครูเอกปฐมวัยและครูเอกดนตรี ในโรงเรียน) ขาดแคลนครูสอนดนตรี และทดแทนตำแหน่งเกษียณหรือลาออก

The research is a survey study. The purposed of this research was to study demand of student to study bachelor of education program in learning management (Major early childhood education and musical education) Faculty of education and development sciences, Kasetsart University kamphaengsaen campus. A sample of this survey research (cluster sampling) from Population 5,979 people Split into two groups.1) High school students 543 students and 137 graduated student user. They were total by 680 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire and analyzed statistical package by computer to find the Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard deviation.
The results revealed that student demand to study bachelor of education program in learning management (Major early childhood education and musical education) Faculty of education and development sciences, Kasetsart university kamphaengsaen campus was in moderately agreeable level. Student would like to studying in early childhood education in moderately to the most agreeable level as a percentage of 64.09 and student need to studying in musical education in moderately to the most agreeable level as a percentage of 56.72 For the factors that affect the need for further education the most are faculty/university environment support to studying peaceful shady and beautiful, Ready for technology, up-to-date content and high percentage of employment, Convenient for accommodation and distance from dormitory, Transfer of knowledge from experts and financial fund of student. The suggestion about the Course were, Add up-to-date content, Studying Open-mine. Graduate users see that the agency wants to use graduate from early childhood education and graduate from musical education within 5 years as a percentage of 70.71 and percentage of 77.37 respectively and graduate from early childhood education and musical education will be desired of graduated student users because There were still a shortage of teachers early childhood education, musical education and these for replacement of retirement or resignation
