การพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้การผลิตชวนชมแฟนซีสำหรับผู้สูงอายุผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่าย The development of learning activities to producing fancy adenium obesum for the elderly through participation of network partners

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้การผลิตชวนชมแฟนซีสำหรับผู้สูงอายุผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่าย 2) สะท้อนผลการพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้การผลิตชวนชมแฟนซีสำหรับผู้สูงอายุผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่าย กระบวนการวิจัยมี 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ 1) ระยะเตรียมความพร้อม 2) ระยะออกแบบและดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม 3) ระยะสรุปผลและสะท้อนผล ผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 3 ภาคส่วน ได้แก่ 1) มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ โดยอาจารย์ภาควิชาการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์และชุมชน คณะศึกษาศาสตร์และพัฒนศาสตร์ จำนวน 4 คน มีบทบาทเป็นนักวิจัยขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนา และนิสิตสาขาวิชาเกษตรและสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา จำนวน 15 คน เป็นกลุ่มผู้ร่วมปฏิบัติการ 2) ผู้นำองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 13 คน เป็นผู้ร่วมปฏิบัติการ 3) กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 1,635 คน เป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมายและผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ใช้แบบวัดความรู้ แบบบันทึกผลงาน และแบบวัดความพึงพอใจ หลังจากเสร็จสิ้นกิจกรรมดำเนินการสรุปและสะท้อนผลโดยการสัมภาษณ์และสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาคีเครือข่ายได้ร่วมกันพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้การผลิตชวนชมแฟนซีสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 5 ฐานการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย 1) สายพันธุ์ชวนชม 2) การเตรียมวัสดุปลูก 3) การปลูกและดูแลรักษา 4) การขยายพันธุ์ 5) หลักและเทคนิคการผลิตชวนชมแฟนซี ผู้สูงอายุมีความรู้และทักษะการปฏิบัติโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การติดตามผลงานหลังการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ และผู้สูงอายุมีระดับความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก ส่วนผลการสะท้อนคิดพบว่า เป็นกิจกรรมที่เหมาะสมกับผู้สูงอายุ สามารถนำไปเป็นกิจกรรมในชีวิตประจำวันในการเพิ่มมูลค่าเพื่อการเสริมสร้างรายได้ให้กับผู้สูงอายุ ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะควรนำไปขยายผลสู่ชุมชนโดยเพิ่มผู้มีส่วนร่วมจากภาคีเครือข่ายเพื่อการพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้สูงอายุภายในพื้นที่บริการวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัย

This action research aimed to 1) develop learning activities to producing fancy adenium obesum for the elderly through participation of network partners 2) reflect the results of development learning activities to producing fancy adenium obesum for the elderly through participation of network partners. The 3 phases of research processes were 1) preparation 2) design and implementation and                     3) conclusion and results’ reflection. The participants consisted of 3 sectors were 1) 4 lecturers form Department of Human and Community Resources Development, Faculty of Education and Development Sciences, Kasetsart University as a researchers and 15 students in the field of Agricultural and Environmental Education as co-operatives 2) The 13 local government organizations leaders were the co-operatives and 3) The 1,635 elderlies were the target group and participants. Data collection was done by achievement test, record form, and satisfaction questionnaire. After completing the activity summarize and reflect the results by interview and group discussion. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

The results showed that the network partners had joined developed learning activities to produce fancy adenium obesum for the elderly in 5 learning bases consisting of 1) Adenium species    2) Preparation of planting materials 3) Planting and maintenance 4) Propagation 5) Principles and techniques for producing fancy adenium obesum. The elderlies had knowledge and practical skills at a moderate level. The follow-up after practice was fair. And the elderlies had a high level in satisfaction. The reflection results found that the activity is appropriate for the elderlies, can be used as a daily activity in adding value for incomes. While recommendations shown that these activities should be used to expand in the community by increasing the participation of network partners for potential development of the elderly in academic service area of Kasetsart University.
