Abstract

The purpose of this research is to the study of essential need for academic management of learning outcomes assessment in  Educational administration, department of Teacher Education, Kasetsart university Kamphaeng Saen campus. The sample population is 107 people by purposive selection of administrators, professors, students in Educational Administration field in department of Teacher Education, Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen campus, academic year 2023. The questionnaire which is used to explore problems and needs in order to obtain a learning outcome assessment model of the field of educational administration in  department of Teacher education, Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus. This is a 5-level rating scale questionnaire (Check list). The research questionnaire consists of general information of the information provider, opinions about the current condition and the needs of the learning outcome assessment of educational administration department of Teacher education, Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus. The research results found that need index value (PNImodified average) that th necessary demand index value (PNImodified average) is the highest, including of 1) promoting students to have knowledge, skills, and ability to apply and evaluate learning outcomes; 2) the field of educational administration creates a network of cooperation in evaluating learning outcomes; 3) promoting evaluate learning outcomes the teaching focuses on allowing students to evaluate learning outcomes by themselves. 4) Promoting the evaluation of learning outcomes in using the educational administration curriculum and 5) Promoting the evaluation of learning outcomes in using the educational administration curriculum.
