Abstract

This article aims to present the concept of student management, which will assist school administrators in gaining a comprehensive overview of management. The chaotic era, or BANI World, consists of 1) Brittle: a world of fragility, 2) Anxious: a world overwhelmed by anxiety, 3) Nonlinear: a world where predictability is elusive, and 4) Incomprehensible: a world marked by significant complexity

These factors affect the entire world, including the Thai education system. Student management falls under the responsibility of general administration and is crucial for both supporting and developing students to possess desirable qualities. It requires planning, execution, analysis, research, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. These processes aim to develop, improve, and address problems collaboratively. Additionally, creating knowledge and understanding among parents, students, and the community will foster confidence and reduce misunderstandings among all parties. Consequently, students and educational personnel will be better equipped to adapt and respond effectively to various situations in the chaotic world.
