กลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการภายใต้ภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ในกลุ่มเครือข่ายบางคนทีแควอ้อม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การบริหารวิชาการภายใต้ภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในกลุ่มเครือข่ายบางคนทีแควอ้อมสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม และ 2) กลยุทธ์ แนวทางหรือวิธีการในการบริหารวิชาการภายใต้ภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 89 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.88 และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
- การบริหารวิชาการภายใต้ภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในกลุ่มเครือข่ายบางคนทีแควอ้อม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
- กลยุทธ์ แนวทางหรือวิธีการในการบริหารวิชาการภายใต้ภาวะถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่
2.1 พัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาให้มีความทันสมัย ยืดหยุ่นตามบริบทของสถานศึกษาโดยบูรณาการกับหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น และเอื้อต่อการพัฒนาผู้เรียน
2.2 จัดการเรียนการสอนเน้นให้ผู้เรียนศึกษาค้นคว้าและได้ลงมือปฏิบัติจนเกิดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ส่งเสริมให้ครูมีความคิดเชิงบวก พัฒนาผู้เรียนให้อ่านออก เขียนได้ และคิดเลขเป็น
2.3 วัดและประเมินผู้เรียนตามสภาพจริงเป็นรายบุคคลและให้ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วม
2.4 ทำวิจัยเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในชั้นเรียนและทำกิจกรรม PLC
2.5 พัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษาอย่างหลากหลายและใช้สื่อในการจัดการเรียนการสอน
