บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะตามมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาตรีของนิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูระหว่างหลักสูตร 5 ปี กับ หลักสูตร 4 ปี ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์และพัฒนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน ก่อนและหลังออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูในโรงเรียน โดยมีกลุ่มประชากรประกอบด้วย นิสิตประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูคณะศึกษาศาสตร์และพัฒนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน หลักสูตร 5 ปี และ หลักสูตร 4 ปี ในปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 460 คน และ ครูพี่เลี้ยงของนิสิตฯ จำนวน 460 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการให้นิสิตฯประเมินสมรรถนะสมรรถนะตนเอง 3 ระยะ และให้ครูพี่เลี้ยงนิสิตฯประเมินนิสิตหลังออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ และสัมภาษณ์ครูพี่เลี้ยงนิสิตฯ จาก 5 โรงเรียน จำนวน 20 คน พบว่านิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูทั้งสองหลักสูตรประเมินสมรรถนะตนเองหลังฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพสูงขึ้นกว่าก่อนฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ และผลการประเมินสมรรถนะตนเองหลังฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนิสิตหลักสูตร 4 ปี ไม่แตกต่างจากหลักสูตร 5 ปี
