บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 2) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนท่ามะกาวิทยาคม จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น แบ่งออกเป็น
ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน และข้าราชการครู จำนวน 80 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 85 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์ ที่อยู่ในช่วง 0.67 – 1.00 และ
มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของคุณภาพเครื่องมือเท่ากับ .939 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิตและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และแบบสัมภาษณ์ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียน ทั้ง 5 ด้านโดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ใน
ระดับมากที่สุด 2.แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนท่ามะกาวิทยาคม จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี มีแนวทางการพัฒนา ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลด้วยการพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลออนไลน์และแบบทดสอบวัดความถนัดเพื่อประเมินความสามารถ (2) ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียนผ่านการเก็บข้อมูลดิจิทัลและรายงานผลพร้อมแนะนำแนวทางปรับปรุงเฉพาะบุคคล (3) ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียนโดยจัดกิจกรรมตามความถนัดและมีครูเป็นผู้ให้คำปรึกษา (4) ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาด้วยระบบติดตามพฤติกรรมกลุ่มเสี่ยงและการวางแผนช่วยเหลือเฉพาะรายบุคคล (5) ด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียนผ่านแผนงานที่ชัดเจนอย่างเป็นระบบ ทั้งหมดนี้เน้นการใช้เทคโนโลยีและความร่วมมือจากทุกฝ่ายเพื่อให้การดูแลนักเรียนมีประสิทธิภาพและครอบคลุมที่สุด
